I ordered and paid for tickets (2) to the Players on line. I was told they would be emailed to me the day before the event. I tried to call to confirm but couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone or emails. I never got an email. Two hours on the phone, multiple more emails and no tickets and no email. They told me it might be because my email ends in .org. I had them resend the tickets to my wife’s gmail while I was on the line. No tickets. My handicapped son has looked forward to this event for three months. The worst experience I have ever had.
