I wish I could leave a review with no stars! I bought tickets for the 2022 NCAA Men's Basketball Final Four through them. When I bought the tickets, I purchased two tickets for three games, the two semi-final games on April 2 and the final game on April 4. The final four was held in New Orleans. My receipt denoted the tickets prices for "All Sessions April 2 and April 4" which was for all three games. When our tickets were scanned for the semi-final games, there was no problem. When we showed up for the final game, our tickets were not available and the error message on the app indicated "Order fulfilled." My wife and I worked for two hours up until game time to resolve this issue. The Seat Geek app feature was worthless and there was no phone number we could locate to try to figure this issue out as the tip-off for the game was quickly approaching. The Seat Geek app eventually led us to Ticketmaster. The Ticketmaster phone number auto reply message told us to go to the Caesar's Superdome box office. the box office told us the tickets had been sold to someone else. Since returning home, I have attempted to get my refund to no avail. seat Geek sold our tickets to someone else and refuses to issue a refund.
