This is a horrible company. I purchased tickets for the Trolls Live Tour back on March 13, 2020 for a total of $372.00. The event was "postponed" due to COVID. Since the show wasn't officially cancelled, I was told I could not get a refund and would need to use my tickets when the event is rescheduled. Fast forward to 2022, and the event has been rescheduled for April 9 and April 10th at the orpheum in Minneapolis. Unfortunately, I am scheduled to work on both of those days (and I work at a hospital, so missing work is not really an option with the nationwide staff shortages). I have called the company, emailed the company, and placed inquiries (as instructed by the people I've spoken to on the phone) multiple times, only to receive emails every 3 days for 1-2 months telling me that my issue has not be resolved. Then after about 2 months, I receive an email saying that my request for a refund has been denied. I have been trying to contact this company and resolve the issue for over a year at this point. I have not received a refund and I, also, never received my e-tickets to attend the show! Given that my event date is approximately a month away, I can guarantee I will not receive a resolution before that time. I don't know what to do anymore because I'm getting nowhere. I can't get my tickets and I can't get a refund. I would like a refund, but if I cannot get that, then I'd better be able to have my tickets. So far, I still have neither, and this company has not done anything to fix the problem. It's looking like I have to go through my bank to get my money back. If there's a lawsuit out for this company, count me in, because this is some shady business practice. I'll never purchase through this company again and I'd highly discourage others from doing so.
