Vividseats is the worse! They guarantee to have your tickets in time for the event. I had purchased Elton John tickets 10months prior to the event. I spent over 5 hours total on the phone (different times) with them and walked into the concert and still didn't have my tickets. They sent me a picture of a ticket, not transferable. We went to Ticketmaster at the Concert showed her, she pulled up my name and said she had NEVER seen anything like it. She went to her supervisor, he felt so bad that he just printed us tickets. Lesson Learned.........DO NOT DEAL WITH VIVIDSEATS
