Horrible experience, cheating me out of $300 with deceiptful emails, saying don't respond to this email if you want a refund then sending another email, flipping the script and switching it to respond in 7 days or youll receive store credit instead, so if you didn't catch it on time you cant get a refund, also wont give me a refund because of a show that's been postponed twice now , to take place in December 2021 that was supposed to take place Spring 2020 originally (due to COVID obviously). They say since it's postponed and not cancelled no refund is possible. Then customer service hung up on me.
