Purchased 4 tickets on 2/22 for a Spring Training baseball game that was later cancelled. The purchase confirmation indicates "100% Buyer Guarantee - Full refund for events that are cancelled and not rescheduled." On 3/13 I received an email that said I would receive full credit to my credit card within 2-4 weeks. "Full cash refund - If you wish to receive the full cash refund, no further action is required on your part". No credit has been posted to my account. Vivid seats now claims I get a store credit.
