Look at all of these reviews - 95+%% call these people Shysters! First of all, they make you think you are buying direct from the venue! I didn't know it was a ticket broker until they sent the email with the link to the tickets. When the concert was postponed due to Covid, they refused to refund my $500 even though Wilco announced that full refunds were available to all purchasers. They claimed because it was rescheduled, not cancelled, they couldn't offer a refund. AS the the rescheduled date approached I started with emails when they told me tickets would be issued closer to the date of the show. A week prior I called multiple times and spoke to 8 or 10 reps/supervisors all telling me I would receive the tickets via email the day before the show. Well that didn't happen. I've gone thru BBB and my local NBC affiliate's Consumer Protection department and I'm still out $500... Can anyone say Class Action Lawsuit???
