Horrible!!!!!!!!! Purchased tickets 3 weeks ago for Sixers Hawks game...where are the tickets???? Had to swallow the service fee and $100.00 cost of the event!!!! Son was on the phone with customer service for hours and got nowhere...even was hung up on twice!!!!.terrible experience and I will never use again or recommend..totally not a good idea to use these scammers...
