I was beyond skeptical buying concert tickets through Vividseats. I read multiple reviews and they weren’t very positive. So I called customer service and I got a decent guy and he checked to make sure the tickets I wanted were still available. They were so I went through with the purchase online. My tickets were only available through electronic download, and five minutes after my order went through I got the email and printed off the tickets. So if I don’t have any issues with the tickets when I go to the concert I will be a returning customer. And these were also the cheapest I could find the tickets, the price was only about $25 over face value, which isn’t too bad considering it’s a sold out show. The service fees are high but I am gladly paying $35 for service fees to assure my ticket is authentic and my seats are side by side.
