purchased 7 tickets unfortunately 2 guests had the flu - but for some reason we purchased the insurance HURRAY! and Booking Protect agreed to refund the money for those 2 tickets after providing doctors notes. so far so good right? but this 3rd party insurance company will only direct deposit the money to your bank account. you purchase on a credit card but they won't return it to the credit card. They also need your birth date for some reason to deposit money in your personal bank account. After arguing with them for days now I decided to give them my info to get my money but luckily I have an account i do not use and was closing it anyway. I'll never buy another ticket from TICKET KING nor their insurance.
