Jumbo Tickets are not only over priced (compared to Ticketmaster it was 3 times the cost) but they misrepresented their tickets. They said it was VIP tickets but for the concert I selected they were not. When I contacted their customer service I was left with a rude customer representative who would not provide their manager but was promised he would contact me by the end of the week which never happened.
