This was the first time I have ever used StubHub and am sooo sorry I did not do my homework. Had I looked at their ratings I never would have used this service/company. First I list my tickets I wanted to sell, but couldn't upload the PDF tickets and said I would try again later. Several days later when I went to upload my tickets I could not find my listing anywhere. None of my friends could either. So I listed my tickets again and was able to upload the tickets this time. This second attempt worked great, but I could not ever tell if the tickets sold. Finally on the day of the event I found an email asking me for the tickets from the first posting (that I thought had been taken down for missing the upload date). So I went in and canceled the first sale that did not have the tickets on them. Apparently if you double list the tickets, even if you cannot find your listing or upload the tickets you are more than 100% penalized. I have now been told I still owe them $17.50. After more than 4 calls and 6 hours on the phone and terrible phone connections. Event the supervisors once you get them hang up on you. I have been told that yes I still owe them money. Do not use this company. They are crooks!
