Most strategic scamming I have ever encountered. I waited minimum 45min to an hour and 20 minutes to reach a sales rep after having to resort to my bank statement to locate a phone number. I ordered tickets to a concert because I fell for the guise, cheaper than face, guaranteed delivery, so on and so forth. Ironically, I went through this site as I didn’t want to risk Craig’s List. No tickets day of...after two phone calls saying I’d get the tickets. They’ll do anything in their power, scripts, placing you on hold, fabricating stories in order to place the blame on the buyer. All their money goes into branding, manipulation and small print preventing a buyer from suing. You’ll notice this manifests in the first reviews one sees while investigating their legitimacy, and then the truth revealed beyond a few scrolls. I’m out over $200, and reporting them federally. My stakes are small in comparison to the hundreds of reviews I’ve read that track with my miserable experience, costing trusting consumers upwards of $1000. I’ve spent over 9 hours attempted to get a confirmation of a refund, and keep getting the same script. “We’ll call you at X time and email you once our leads confirm”....they’ve never called and the only reason I know what I know is because I’ve taken the time to keep waiting on hold for new scripts. I feel sorry for those paid to protect such predators. Shame.
