I don’t leave reviews typically and just usually let everything go, but this company is worthless in every aspect. I bought my tickets 3 months in advance of the original air date which was suppose to be July 19th I emailed vivid because they state you get tickets 36 hrs after you purchase. Then this whole covid case came up and the even technically got canceled as it’s 1 and a half years out so I emailed them about the venue and they state that they won’t refund the money. That’s there scam policy right there, 99% of the time venues reschedule and not fully cancel which they don’t care about refunding the purchaser. There customer service reps are rude and don’t care about you or your money you spent purchasing tickets from there sight. Stay away from this garbage company. I now lost 400$ on tickets i haven’t received after 6 months of the purchase date. And now I have to wait 2 years almost just to go to the concert. I’d take your business elsewhere before you get scammed of your money and tickets that you most likely won’t receive.
