In March of 2020, I bought tickets to a basketball game that I was excited to see. As Covid triggered a total shut down of sports, concerts, and a host of events they first said refunds for all. Then they switched to a short-dated coupon for what I had spent. Then it was nothing. They modified their return policy and kept MY MONEY. I told them this is illegal and immoral. 16 months later they are under the gun for a class action suit on this scenario. HERE'S THE BOTTOM LINE...THEY ARE LYING, STEALING CROOKS THAT SHOULD NEVER BE IN THE BUSINESS AGAIN.
