They charged me for 2 orders. One for four tickets and another for six tickets. When I contacted them to tell them of the mistake they told me I should just set up an account and re sell them. They were so happy to help me fix this mistake, but when I asked them about the fee of $43.48 I paid for the wrong order of four tickets they were sorry we cant refund that. After about 30 min with them on their help line. They said ok we have to go help someone else now. Then they disconnected. I will never buy anything from them again and I strongly recommend that no one ever buys anything from them. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Please shop some where else when trying to get tickets.
