Wish we could rate them ZERO. Arrived at the theater will call window tonight and they could not locate our tickets. We had the printed confirmation from Seat Geek we received online this week. My wife waited on the Seat Geek customer service number for 45 minutes while I tried to contact them online. Absolutely no answer either way. No customer service period.
