My wife was a big Billie Eilish fan for a while and we bought crazy expensive tickets from Vivid Seats for the show in DC in March 2020 for her birthday. We felt secure with their 100% money back guarantee and bought great tickets for us and our 2 daughters. They refused to cancel the show when it was postponed and said that the tickets were still good and they wouldn't refund the money. So now they have retroactively changed their policy and just sent an email today notifying us of the **great news!!** that they're giving us CREDIT towards some future show for $2400.00. We're busy people like everyone else but spent a few minutes researching and found that the show was officially cancelled in December 2020. There was NO notification. I guess we're joining the CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against them. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!
