I ordered tickets for Cactus League Spring Training, but the transparency of the $20 additional fee per tickets has a lot to be desired. Cost way more than anticipated. I phoned customer service right away to try to cancel the transaction, but this option was not available. So only option was to list them for sale at a price.to recoup my ticket plus fee price with a very small likelihood of recovery. I feel there should be some grace time for reversal under these circumstances, or for Stubhub to be a lot more transparent.
