Do not use vivid seats there are basically scammers as far as I'm concerned. We was notified through them by email which we don't often check that we had 7 days to get our money back because of a cancellation. What a joke they are. I will post about them on social media and pass the word on as much as I possibly can. 700+ dollars basically down the drain. There really such a pathetic group and now I'm seeing all the negative review's. Vivid you really suck!
