I made the mistake of purchasing Raiders/Falcons seats from Vivid Seats and they were never delivered. I tried using the Chat feature and they couldn't help. When I got to the stadium I learned that this is not a unique experience with Vivid and that Ticketmaster is the only way to be assured that you can get into the venue if there is a problem. After 45 min stuck outside of the gate on a cold, rainy, and windy day on the phone with a rep, they were still not able to get me my tickets and I was forced to buy new tickets from Ticketmaster. The seller claimed he had sent them but had not. We gave a second email address and that didn't work either. I called Amex to refuse the charges to start. When I chatted with Vivid they refused to converse with me because there was a dispute filed. No apology for ruining our day or attempt to make it right. DO NOT EVER USE VIVID SEATS! THEY DID NOT DELIVER THE TICKETS THAT I HAD PAID FOR.
