Last year when they had to refund tickets for so many events I left my money with them as I understood many businesses were struggling with refunds and these companies needed to find a way to keep the money they had already collected. You would think that would count for something but these people are worse now than ever before. They have 0 customer service and make it very clear that after they take your money they do not care what happens next. If there is a grade less than 1 that is what they deserve. I purchased tickets and still cannot collect them even though they collected the money. When I talked with customer service they had me switch devices 3 times and reset my password 4 times. When that did not work they said "sorry sir it works just fine for me" and I still do not have what I purchased.
