I purchased Gabriel Inglesias tickets for $1004 in May 2021. As of June 18 I haven’t received the tickets, and can not reach a live person. I was on hold for over an hour. I tried on line chat, and emails to customer service. All I got was an automated response email “someone will contact me”. No one did. Finally I contacted my credit card company to challenge the charge. I should have reviewed this company on consumer affairs first. Hundreds of negative reviews for the same thing. Beware of this company, and use a different ticket agent.
