Horrible website. Horrible customer service and they take no responsibility for their site. The fees for 2 tickets (which turned out to be $100 overpriced compared to other site) was $173. Insurance on top of that was $48 dollars. The tickets were misrepresented - I thought I had ordered 3 day general admission and the tickets were only for ONE DAY! I feel so ripped off. I talked to the 'chat' and they disavow any responsibility and tried to send me on my way saying I should have read the disclaimer. HUGE MISTAKE and costly. Paid almost $800 for 2 general admission seats. HUGE RIP OFF! NO HELP ON THE WEBSITE OR from VIVID SEATS. Advise against using this company for any tickets.
