I called the 1800 number to order some basketball tickets for my sons 17 birthday. Remind you this was a surprise, I thought calling instead of ordering the tickets online myself would be better. Boy was I wrong I ordered 3 tickets to see the 76ers vs Cavaliers. I was very excited, on the day of the game my husband and my two boys went to the game to find out that the game is in Cleveland Ohio?. I was in shocked I called the customer service number asked how in heavens this happened. They told me that a manager would get in touch with me. No one did, I kept on calling getting the run around. Not to mention my son birthday was ruined and they didn't even show any compasion about the situation at all. All they kept saying is no refunds. Not that I was hurt or that a young man is standing outside of a stadium excited to see his first NBA basketball game live . five days later I called back after being on hold for a very long period of time, it was like they wanted me to just give up and hang up. Finally get on the phone to tell me that he reviewed the call and I agreed to the purchase of the tickets. I couldn't believe my what I was hearing. The representative never once said to me by the way this game is in Cleveland, I repeated to her that my husband and boys will be in Philadelphia. She only asked me if I accept these charges for the tickets on my card. Never once mentioned the locations of the game. I assume since I mentioned a thousand times that my husband and boys are in Philadelphia she would know that I would want the game to be in Philadelphia. So I was left out in the cold to figure this out by myself. No apologies or nothing.
