I placed an order to visit Magician show, i picked the date September 13th. They sent me tickets for September 18st. I went to the theater and representative told that they have nothing to do with this website and people often having same trouble when site sells tickets for wrong date. I was trying to contact their customer support many times i phonecalled them 5 times a day at different time, was waiting for more than hour every time and never spoke to any advisor, every time it just disconnected me. I wrote email to customer support and never got any response, seems like they dont have any customer support at all.
