So we are in a covid-19 pandemic where events are being canceled left and right... and us as consumers are supposed to just take it up the a** NO WAY!!!! WHO a knows how many of us are going to die from this pandemic.. It isn’t like anyone is staying home trying to prevent it!!! SO, I had an event cancel in AZ and they think a “credit” to a future show is ok? NO WAY!!! I deserve my money back for sure... I didn’t cancel the event did I? NOPE!!! NOT my fault if I don’t live long enough to ever use their “credit” so boycott this company. They have terrible customer service in the middle of a pandemic when people are suppose to be kind and do the right thing!!!
