I am appalled at Vivid Seats and the scam of 100% guarantee. Sure, if event s cancelled, I guess they'll refund as they say they will, but if they move the event to a date when you already have something scheduled, sorry pal, you're outta luck, it's your problem. I will NEVER use Vivid Seats again and have been advising my followers accordingly to understand the loophole in their 100% guarantee.
