My responsibility was to pay for my tickets which I did. Their responsibility was too make sure that I got the tickets - they didn't. I missed most of the first quarter of the Nuggets basketball game because I was in the Nuggets ticket office where they tried to find my tickets - which they couldn't. The Nuggets office assure me that my tickets were never delivered to me. Forget their guaranty - it is worthless. Once they can show that the Seller has emailed the tickets they wash their hands of any responsibility to make sure that the buyer actually received the tickets and could open the email and access the tickets. They could care less. zit is like saying the "check is in the mail." DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!
