I would recommend that you never buy tickets to an event through vivid Seats. I purchased two tickets to a sporting event. spend probably double what I would have paid for them buying them directly and never received the tickets. I was at the sporting event was on the phone with vivid seeds for close to 3 hours and still never received the tickets. So after a 3-hour car ride and paying to park and being at the event and not allowed to go in I left incredibly frustrated. I have spoken with them again and they refuse to give me a refund. The worst customer service I've ever experienced and the worst experience I've ever had with a ticket sales company. If I could rate them worse than a one or give them worse than one star I would
