Horrible Customer Service.

Show canceled during the pandemic. When I called for a refund today. The Rep told me they sent an email in January and I had 7 days to accept a refund or credit for tickets. 7 days??? I never saw the email. I asked “ are you assuming that no one was having a health challenge, not in the hospital, not battling Covid at home?” His response: it’s our policy...
