Big time scam. All they care about is money. Bought two tickets to a broadway show that ended up being cancelled due to the Coronavirus and it took them almost two weeks to finally agree with me that the show was cancelled. They didn't even care about the Coronavirus just that the event wasn't canceled at the time. They finally agreed to give me a refund, said it would take 2-4 weeks. Two weeks later, I get an email saying that I am instead getting a 110% voucher for the site and that if I wanted the refund instead I would have to contact them. Did that and then they told me they couldn't even give me an estimate of when I would get my money back. I could only email or live chat them. The chat bot is dumb, and the phone system they have set up is completely broken. Do not, I repeat do not, use this site to purchase tickets. You are better off buying from literally anywhere else. I am very close to hiring a lawyer at this point because they are playing with peoples money right now and using the coronavirus as an excuse.
