Is Goldstar Legit, Reliable & Safe in 2022?

I am extremely disappointed with their services. I tried to reason with customer service and they were rude and very vulgar with their speech. I feel so sad because I feel so scammed. Someone pls help!
Received 2021 family liberty tourer ($60k) 2 weeks ago. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks as i picked one already mostly built. It took 8 months. Had a very bad experience dealing with Goldstar sales. At last the Caravan arrived at the depot south of Brisbane. It looked great. However I had no instructions at all and struggled to even unlock the front door. It was missing the gas bottles. I was later told to go buy my own and Goldstar would reimburse me. The caravan was just like the photos and I was very pleased with the appearance inside and out. I did find deep scratches in the boot tunnel and was later told Goldstar were not going to do anything and wondered what i was wanting from them? Had to ask for instructional videos even though I had been promised personal online walk through. None of the videos matched my model so was left clueless and guessing what switches were for. On the first night away I tried to fill the Water tanks and water was leaking all over the place under the caravan. I couldn’t get the water heater to work either. Queen bed was rock hard couldn’t sleep. The gray water tank started leaking everywhere was so disappointing and frustrating. I contacted Goldstar right away for help as I can’t use the caravan with all the problems I found. I left a Voice message and have sent multiple emails. Its been 12 days and Have had no support or assistance. I am very worried I have made a big mistake buying a Goldstar. Looks like I have been left out to dry and have to fix all problems out of my own pocket despite having full warranty. I don’t think so! How is this allowed? Where is Goldstar? I know where their factory is and will have to drive all the way there and stand in front of them they wont be able to ignore me then. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR OWN SAKE
I recently purchased tickets for a 730 pm show and received email confirmation for the 130 pm show. Trying to contact goldstar, but no phone number for customer service. Only option is to email. still waiting for a response. Beware!
I ordered from Zuppler online for Gold star food. The lady told me three times the order was not there. I went to the Erlanger Gold star and bought my food. While there another lady found my order. I had already paid for my food when she informed me that the order came through. I was charged at Gold star and Zuppler. Now that this happened I will inform everyone what happened and will not be at Goldstar again. Thank you.
So we are in a covid-19 pandemic where events are being canceled left and right… and us as consumers are supposed to just take it up the a** NO WAY!!!! WHO a knows how many of us are going to die from this pandemic.. It isn’t like anyone is staying home trying to prevent it!!! SO, I had an event cancel in AZ and they think a “credit” to a future show is ok? NO WAY!!! I deserve my money back for sure… I didn’t cancel the event did I? NOPE!!! NOT my fault if I don’t live long enough to ever use their “credit” so boycott this company. They have terrible customer service in the middle of a pandemic when people are suppose to be kind and do the right thing!!!
I was able to get 2 tickets to a basketball game for my son using Goldstar.com, which seemed to be cheaper in price compared to a few other resale sites I checked with. I was able to get into the game with my phone that had the mobile tickets on them. Good overall ticket service overall with Goldstar!
