BEWARE - they are a reseller only so if the original company offers a refund, they will not give it to you, but to VIVID. I purchased tickets to a concert that was postponed from Mar 20 to Aug 2021 when I will have moved from this state. I asked for a refund and was told NO. No assistance to do anything and told I am on my own for getting to the venue or finding another buyer. This is unacceptable and BUYER BEWARE. They do NOT care about the customer and are happy to take your money and run away.
