i am giving this 1 star because there is no 0 star choice. After buying the tickets, I realized that I have paid $143 for a thicket that at Ticketmaster was listed at $83 and this is not all, on top of everything they charge you a service fee of $50 for every ticket. And off course you cannot cancel your order or get a refund because all sales are final. This is a scheme designed to take your money. I ended up paying more than double for the tickets. DO NOT USE IT.

this website is a complete scam. my dad bought me justin bieber tickets for christmas for nearly $800. they were delivered to me via “pdf” and there was no way to download them to my phone. it just took me to a pdf website with some fake ass looking tickets. they were so obviously photoshopped. went to the concert with them anyway hoping I was wrong but i was correct. they wouldn’t scan and the venue workers told me they weren’t valid lmao. we will be doing fraud investigation. DO NOT buy from this website.

Do NOT purchase tickets from their site. I was ripped off purchasing 2-tix for the OKC Thunder v Memphis Grizzlies and never received the barcode. Never received an email, so I sent a couple of messages and never received a response. After reading this review, and you purchase tix from this place, that’s on you! Can’t tell you anything else except I am out of almost $400 bucks.

I got to the Bon Jovi Concert w my Man, son n sister, and one the ticket i bought last worked, cause I ordered it late, due too my son wanting too go us. I felt horrible that my son’s n my first concert together, was totally ruined. My man lost out on half of the cost, and my sister and u had been planning on going to see Bon Jovi for the past 3 years, and we got scammed and took for over $568.00. Not a good feeling and idk how too make it rt, if I can make it rt. I googled Ticketmaster and what appeared first was Ticketfaster with a similar look. I didn’t realize I was on the wrong site. I was excited to get 2 tickets right away when they wre so hard to purchase, and they were 5 times what I expected to pay. I paid for the tickets and then learned that they do not deliver right away but ONLY the day before the event. Which is not in my city. So I woukd ave to travel to the city with no assurance that the tickets will appear. And I can’t sell them because I don’t actually have them.. From previous reviews, I am assuming that I will not get them at all and I have been scammed. Stay away from this site! Is there less than one star, a minus maybe?

They are not ticket master. No association with ticket Master. Ticket prices are three times the price of Ticket Master price. I want my money returned to me ASAP! Hard to reach customer service. They refuse to refund my money , I emailed them twice. . I tried to get a refund in less than 10 minutes of my purchase. If I could give them zero stars I would!!

Buyer BEWARE….. It may be a legitimate site but the web sight address closely resembles that of Ticketmaster. Purchased 2 tickets for the MusicMan and the service fee was the same price as the seats @ telecharge. Why would anyone use this site charging for a non service. There is no cancellation or refunds. Please be careful and DO NOT purchase from this site. Sophistry is the tactic they use when promoting there site. Ticket-faster showed prominently in a Google search for an even in my city 13 days in advance. Looked like an official seller of tickets for the venue. I bought tickets that showed row but no seat number which should have been a tip-off for me. After buying I started to wonder and found website for the actual event selling tickets in the same row for half the price of what I paid on ticket-faster! Google should stop accepting ad money from these scammers.

Never could get a hold of anyone by phone. It just rings & rings. No one ever responds to your emails. I never got my tickets, but they sure did take my money within a couple days of my order. Don’t get suckered into buying from them, like I did!!! They’re a scam

Over priced and predatory, accidently click a link on Ticketmaster and you are taken to this site. Tickets are deliverd to you via live nation ap or account, then you get the bill from Ticket Faster for 2x the purchase prices. Waited on hold for 4 hours on 2 occasions only to get a rude person who said, “sorry you clicked the tab and accepted the order.”

I purchased tickets through them thinking they were Ticketmaster . I received a confirmation stating I’d receive my tickets by 10/22/21 as my event is tomorrow. They only respond to emails with a generic reply which gives you faq’s on how to download your tickets. Bad news is there are no tickets to download. They do not answer their phone either. I’m guessing I got scammed.

I purchased my tickets for Megadeth and Lamb of God several months prior to the show, I spent a couple hundred dollars and when I was literally at the gate with my tickets, they were invalid and said they were already used! There’s a money back guarantee on the website and I fully intend to get a full refund. Stay away from this trash site at all costs!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I HAVE TRIED FOR OVER 2 MONTHS TO BE REMOVED FROM EMAIL LIST. UNSUBSCRIBING DOES NOT WORK. I AM NOW CALLING THE PHONE NUMBER LISTED TO GET REMOVED. COMPANY IS ANNOYING AND I HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO THAN LOOK AT THEIR EMAILS EVERYDAY.

I bought tickets to a concert event on Nov28th around 7am, received an email saying “congratulations on your purchase, your tickets will be delivered soon!” 6 hours later received a call and an email saying that I no longer had the tickets Bc the seller no longer had them and to try and find other ones for the dec 1 show.. they STILL withdrew the $430 and told me that it would be 3-5 business days before I saw it… I ended up having to buy tickets from another (clearly more secure and legitimate site) and went to the concert expecting to receive the “100% money back guarantee” they advertise in the corner of their site. I waited, called several times, only to be told “my bank was holding the transaction”. Called my bank, they said there is no such thing that they do, they’ve NEVER heard of a situation unto which that would be true and it not show up on their records, at all. Needless to say, this is DEC 16th and I still HAVE NOT received my refund!! This place is rediculous and the customer service people don’t even know who their supervisors are apparently and now they’ve directed my questions to tickettracker….. I’ve filed a dispute with my bank, hopefully one way or another I’ll get my $430 back!!! Terrible.

Bought 4 tickets 2 months prior to the event. Site said the electronic tickets would be delivered via email instructions 1 week prior to event. 1 week prior to event no email was received, emailed support and an email response stating the email was delivered so I called customer support, spoke with a representative. Added the them as a contact to avoid possible spam filtering and was given assurance the email for instructions would be delivered later that day…again no email. Called again the following day, next representative said the previous agent gave me incorrect information and walked me through creating an account to receive e-tickets, seemingly problem solved. Day of event, at the ticket gate….denied entry because seller transferred the tickets via an app that was no longer accepted at the venue…shit show, through and through.

Just purchased tickets online and got a receipt… and was supposed to be able to print tickets immediately and ticket were never emailed. FIndTicketsFast.com said we had to send them an I.D. so they can verify payment. Proper I.D. was sent and they said they couldn’t “verify”. FindTicketFast.com took $700 anyway and never emailed over tickets. Beware. This company is a straight up scam. Customer service gave off the red flag. FindYourTicketsFast.com are hustlers.

Promised delivery on oct.24th. Game is on the 28th. FedEx still hasn’t received package for on time delivery as of today the 25th. Phones for both find tickets fast .com and seller are constantly busy. Can’t talk with anyone. Hope I get my money back cause tickets won’t be here in time to go. Purchased tickets back in Sept .

Bought and overpriced ticket from this website that didn’t arrive to the right location nor in time for the event. Customer service lied to me several times about its arrival and had me convinced many times it would arrive in time and to the right location. I would stay away from this website.

Tickets were purchased for a baseball game that never arrived. Tickets were to be mailed to my house on a certain day, never came. After a couple of days I called customer service to find out the tickets were sent to will call at the venue.

They charged me $60 more than ticketmaster and after I purchased my order they do not provide good support. They reffer you to another company where they never answer their phone. The sales guy misinformed me about my seat locations and after completing the order they NEVER corrected the mistake.
