Queen Bee Tickets Review 2020
Is Queen Bee Tickets Legit, Reliable & Safe in 2020?
I used queenbeetickets to buy tickets for me and my son to go to the packers game and had an amazing experience! I had no troubles checking out and we got our tickets in the mail not long afterwards. We don’t get to spend a lot of time with each other but we had a great time at the game and will definitely be using this site again in the future!!
I bought a ticket for a figure skating show in Canada for my wife. I placed the order over a month in advance. I was told that the e ticket would be released 5 days prior to the event. I called and emailed every day up to the day of the event. I was reassured that it would be sent. They even went so far as to tell me that if it was sent the day of the event, I should print it out at my hotel. Well, after booking international flight and hotel I still didn’t get the ticket. A few hours before the event I called again and they said there was no ticket available. They then refunded me my ticket price. Meanwhile I was on the hook for flight and hotel despite no ticket to the event. Lousy company.
After I purchased two tickets by hitting the purchase button I noticed two “service fees” amounting to about 50% of the ticket price! I immediately called them to stop the purchase. After putting me on hold for a long time, during which I presume they put the transaction through on my card, they came back and said it could not be cancelled. So I ended up paying MORE than the face value of the ticket PLUS a service fee that is about 50% of the price of the ticket! Unbelievable!
i paid over 400 dollars for Hank Williams Jr. and this site had the best pricing and promised to send email confirmation??? Where is it????!!!!!!!
This is the worst online ticket purchase experience I have had EVER. Bought tickets 3 weeks before the event at a circus. Charged about 77 percent the price of one ticket and told to wait 48 hours for the ticket. I waited and waited. Finally after 10 days I sent them an e-mail expressing concern. They replied, ‘Oh wait til 48 hours before the performance’. That time came and passed so I called them. They replied ‘Oh, the vendor is having a problem.’ WAIT–aren’t YOU the vendor?? I complained at length. They were understanding, sympathetic and ineffective. Finally, about 6 hours later they sent me an e-mail saying I could download and print the ticket. That was quite an experience but finally had the two tickets (FROM TICKETMASTER). So we go to the circus and none of there scanners would accept the tickets! They bounced me around to a couple of windows then advised me to BUY NEW TICKETS. I smiled, called MasterCard and cancelled this *#$! Do yourself a favor and don’t put yourself through this.
